• This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

✅ What You'll Do

• Assist the development of content strategies and social calendars tailored to Instagram and YouTube.

• Leverage latest AI tools for content research, planning, and production.

• Script and storyboard videos for YouTube, corporate films, events, and social media.

• Collaborate with editors, designers, photographers, and videographers to execute campaigns.

• Manage content across platforms and formats: video, carousels, stories, captions, tweets, blogs.

• Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags—in English and Hinglish—for various formats.

• Monitor social trends, analytics, and platform updates to inform content and strategy.

• Be accountable for delivering results: engagement, growth, and reach.

• Run ad campaigns and boost content performance with paid social strategies.

 

💻 Technical Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.

• Proven track record of growing Instagram and/or YouTube accounts with real metrics.

• Proficiency with tools like Canva Pro, social scheduling apps, analytics dashboards (YouTube Studio, Meta Suite).

• Fluency in Hindi & English—both written and spoken.

• Strong grasp of content research, platform-specific strategies, and trend tracking.

• Familiarity with AI tools good knowledge of writing effective prompts.

• Ability to design quick-turnaround creatives and edit media (Photoshop/Lightroom a bonus).

• Experience in running ads and campaign optimization.
