Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Copywriter who can craft compelling stories and also double as Social Media Manager executing our social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, experience in scriptwriting for video content, and a solid understanding of social media platforms and strategies. Fluency in both Hindi and English is absolutely essential, as well as the ability to write scripts, captions, descriptions and subtitles in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing:

  • Develop compelling scripts and storylines for our YouTube videos, Corporate Videos, Event Films, Documentary Films, Social Media Content and Wedding Films.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to understand the vision and direction for each project and deliver scripts in expected timelines.

  • Create voiceover scripts to guide the video editing process. (Hindi & English both) 

  • Create accurate video descriptions, tweets, write blog articles and engaging descriptions, captions and subtitles in both Hindi and English for all projects

  • Generate ideas to repurpose long form content into new engaging short form contents. 

• Content Editing:

  • Edit short form contents like reels, shorts.

  • Edit image based contents like photo posts, carousels.

  • Photo Editing skills.

• Social Media Management:

  • Assist in developing  social media content strategies for all assigned projects.

  • Implement social media strategy and post content to all social media platforms.

  • Manage all social media platforms ensuring all content is published as per content calendar and schedule.

  • Review analytics and report performance.

  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Run ads and campaigns for assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Honesty and integrity in character. Long term commitment.

• Proven experience as a content writer, scriptwriter, or similar role. Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging scripts in both Hindi and English languages.

• Experience with social media management and knowledge of best practices on all social media platforms.

• Communication Skills - Fluency in Hindi and English(Verbal and Written both)

• Experience in Design & Content Editing (Canva Pro)

• Experience in Photo Editing (Photoshop/Lightroom)

• Experience in Video Editing (Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve)

• Experience in ChatGPT and prompt engg.

• Ability to quickly learn new A.I tools to adapt with changing times.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Great team player - Ability to work with video editors, photographers and videographers in getting the job done.

• A passion for travel, food, and adventure content is a plus.

• Go getter attitude who can make things happen.
